Martyn Pick is a British Film Director. He is recognised for his distinctive fusion of live-action and animation, and the fluid, painterly style of his film-making. Continually developing as a director he has combined live action, animation and computer generated imagery in numerous short films, promos, idents and commercials. Credits include the 2009 film "The Age of Stupid", "London 2012" the promotional film for the 2012 Olympics and the celebrated BBC promotional trailers for the Euro 2004 soccer tournament. Recently he directed his first feature film:"Ultramarines: A Warhammer 40,000 Movie" which stars John Hurt, Terence Stamp and Sean Pertwee in an intense sci-fi thriller. It uses facial capture in an atmospheric cgi world. He is currently in post-production on a live action supernatural thriller "The Haunting of Harry Payne".
