Sara’s work primarily concerns itself with the surface of living things, the housing of the soul, be that skin, fur or feathers. She is widely known for her photo-real animal portraits which capture not only an uncanny physical likeness but also the spirit and character of the animal. She has a rare talent for getting under the fur and touching the soul.
